The man lying on the floor is called Patric, he is a rich heir. He is the dad of two young boys and is wife is a beautiful woman who loves him for what he is. All his friends thought he was a good man without any fuss until the time when he was discovered dead.
Do You see the woman in the red fancy dress? Her name is Brenda. She loves men for their fortune. Brenda and Patric had been lovers for one year before the arrest.
It was during Christmas Eve, Patric and his family were ready to go to the grand-mother's house for diner when Brenda phoned Patric.
I forgot to say Brenda didn't know that Patric had a wife and boys.
So, she phoned her lover to ask him if he really couldn't be free for the evening. Patric was looking at his family and realized their affair could be discovered at any moment. He suddenly decided to stop this and told Brenda to come immediately. His wife went ahead with the boys.
When Brenda arrived Patric told her all the truth and that he wanted to break up.
At this moment she understood her plans had failed and that Patric was bullying her. This made Brenda in a very angry, in a cold fury, she decided to get her revenge on Patric and his family. He went down to take the Christmas presents which had forgotten but when Brenda came downstairs to join him in the living room, she had a gun. Patric was frightened, he moved back and knocked himself with the mantelpiece.
